UPDATED Feb 9th 2024 -

You now no longer have to have a separate telephone number for creating profiles for minors.

Enter the parent or guardian's phone number and add a digit to the end (0-9) and use that number to log in (ex (123)-555-4444-1)

For example, the Smith family has 3 members who want to create profiles. Mom Smith can use her number 555-555-5555 for herself. And now can create profiles for her son and daughter by using the same number but adding a 1 to the end of her number.  Son Smith would be 555-555-5555-1.  Daughter Smith would be 555-555-5555-2.

All text alerts would be going to the same number. So if you have multiple children under the same phone number, it would be best to clarify with casting personnel which person is being booked.

If you have used RABS for digital payroll on any production, you may be familiar with this method.

OLDER SUGGESTIONS:

If you have more than one child to register, but only have one phone number, here are some suggestions:

There are numerous virtual phone sites available to create phone numbers to receive texts, etc.

For example, you could create a gmail account for each child and add a free Google voice account to each email account and use those numbers for each of your children.

An alternative is making up a 10-digit ID number for each child. We don't recommend it, because then you would not be able to receive text alerts from the system for each child. The system uses both texting and emailing to send information about bookings and castings.

Other services to check out would be TextFree.us and Dingtone.me
